Unidentified, which is a pity as it has a Military Cross ribbon on the left chest that I do believe original to the coat.
Highland pattern olive wool twill tunic has Captain's 'cuff rank' braid and trim, Black Watch buttons throughout, red
and blue wool 13th Battalion, 1st Division shoulder insignias, and small holes in the collar indicating where the collar
insignias would have been, but have been removed for some reason - most likely to have the garment laundered.
Epaulettes show that rank insignia was once worn there as well but is no longer present. Has good condition dark
khaki silk lining which remains in nice condition - just a few small period repairs. Wool has a few small scattered
pinhead and one or two eraser size holes, nothing noticeable or detractive. Very nice, and well worth the minor
investment of time and inexpensive badges to restore. Good uniform from a fine CEF unit! II

Diligence decoration of the Fire Service silver medal was awarded for minimum 5 years of service, also for
merit and distinguished service (if serving less then 5 years). The Estonian Fire Service diligence awards were the only
decorations of Estonian Republic allowed during German occupation (1941-1944). 27.5mm diameter, silvered bronze
planchet suspended from original ribbon fitted safety-pin type fastener. Shows age, and ribbon is heavily soiled. The
second medal is from the Soviet occupation of Estonia, 1944-1997. Planchet is a lightweight alloy, suspended from a
